share all that has happened since our last session.
Some clients often find that they need to talk with me on a non-scheduled
day or the weekend they can do this by sending off an e-mail anytime of the
day or night.
You may have a simple one-time question, or you may choose to
use this as a way to establish a longer-term relationship with me.
With e-mail, much of the benefit for you will derive from the
writing itself. I often encourage clients to keep journals or write to help clarify
